Likes

Friendly and supportive nature of all the colleagues wheather he/she is junior or senior. Sometimes there is more workload, still this is a better opportunity to do work here for the peoples who wants to learn more.

Dislikes

Libearty is brand itself, so alternte saturday should be off. Else everything is ok.

Work Details

My work at liberty innovative outfits was good. Sometimes it was hectic when there was order rush.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This job involves Travel Within Country.

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
