Job is secured if you can accept that you will be a salve to the seniors. Very poor work culture shouting, day today getting your self dominated by seniors and HR has no role or support for the employees.

Poor work culture, No personal life can be managed. Top officials doesn't understand your points..

Work Details

Work experience was good, no time for your self or family. No holidays, even Sunday your are suppose to work. National holidays too..you have to be in office. Very dominated by seniors
