This is not a corporate organization, it's proprietary organization. There is no work culture, just people acting to work and the main aim of the employees is to satisfy the ego of management. There is no learning, no work culture, no work life balance. Just work and rework. If one manager say to work on something the other one makes it to rework, then the final approver makes you rework again.

This company is best at hiring fresh law graduates and making them work for 12 hours on nonsensical projects which will only diminish their legal knowledge and destroy their inner soul forever. Forget about work-life balance, they will mock you for even trying to get home quickly for a single day.

Dislikes

No career growth unless you are a male who can crack relatable football jokes. Buttering up of the managers will help you not until you have a keen sense of saying yes to everyone's beck and call and working on weekends as well. No quirks provided. The company does not acknowledge any sense of privacy during weekends and will keep pinging you over WhatsApp to know status of the work assigned to you. No team outings, no gymnasium facility, free transport, creche, work from home facility for women with children. Managers need soft skill training to enhance their behavioral issues.
