The salaries are on time, and you will get a standard 10-15% hike each year, sometimes even 2, even if you are an average performer.

Dislikes

There is no work culture. It's like a government office. If you are working directly with the CEO you will get promotions and hikes faster and easier. If you are not, you will be and remain an average employee throughout your tenure, even if you are the best performer. Plus there is no learning or development. Managers and HR are joke, they are there just for the sake of it.

The salary comes on time. This is the only thing good.

Dislikes

This is not a corporate organization, it's proprietary organization. There is no work culture, just people acting to work and the main aim of the employees is to satisfy the ego of management. There is no learning, no work culture, no work life balance. Just work and rework. If one manager say to work on something the other one makes it to rework, then the final approver makes you rework again.

The job security is good. The employees of the company are helpful and work like a family.

Dislikes

The career growth is not good for non-lawyers. There are no processes in place and management objectives are reactive rather than pro-active. The work-life balance is not that good, they expect you to work beyond the working hours.

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized.
