Nothing there to like about the company. Only colleagues are nice.

Dislikes

Highly Partial behavior. People of January cycle are generally getting better and better hikes and people of july cycle are lucky if they get 3% hike. For most of the projects calls continue till 1130 at night regularly. No work life balance at all.

Good work culture, work-life balance and no bossing around.

Dislikes

There are many people doing wfh since pandemic happened and no one cares other than sending emails sometimes. But if someone has a genuine problem and informs authority about it, they try to impose strict restrictions on that person only. This is completely unfair and for the same reason, good talents are looking for alternate options and leaving the org.

Hi Guys, Currently I have offers from Accenture, Tiger Analytics, EY, TCS for the Azure Data Engineer. Out of all these Tiger Analytics pays more followed by Accenture and I guess Accenture might match up to the offer of Tiger. I want to know the projects and their availability in Tiger Analytics. How are the projects are in tiger and is there any bench time and if how much duration can one sit on bench bcz in mnc it is okay to be on bench if projects are not available so that's the reason I'm checking here. And how it is compared to the other companies. YOE : 5 Skills: Azure DE (Adf, Adb, SQL,python)

Puts good amount of responsibility at early stage of career. Great place to learn. Flexible working hours (depends on project). Great work culture and kind managers and leads.

Dislikes

Sudden unnecessary work from office is shocking. Unnecessary, because the client doesn't demand it (most of them) and the town hall says there are fewer projects and revenue growth is less. If revenue is less then why even bear the extra cost of office? Just because other companies are opening office doesn't mean we have to blindly follow the herd.

The people here are really good to work with. They are collaborative and empathetic and are always there to help you out in the best of their capacity when you reach out to them. There is a lot you can learn from people here.
