Nothing, Worst Place to work, specially finance and accounts team,they needs a person who can work for them 24 hours and worst Hr and admin policies ever seen in my 4 years of work experience,if you get a minute late after 10:30 your half day will be deducted.

Best place to work. Everyone is helpful, from co-workers to the management team. The work culture is nice, and they make sure we have a good balance between work and life.

Except learning nothing is good at Leverage Edu. I would suggest not to join leverage edu. Toxic place and employee retention is too high. Every month 40-45 employees left the organisation or they terminate the employee. No work life balance. They call you at 3am night, on sunday or even though if you are not well. No job security and fake commitment

Everything. They are there only to make funding and use it for the marketing except that they are not even aware how to run the company. Bunch of toxic people who is just using money of investors. They not pay salary and incentive on time. Fake appraisal promises. If they want something they will needing that in half n hr and if you expect something than please don’t worry you will not get it

Working at Leverage Edu was good as over a period of time it became a home to me. People are nice.

Dislikes

that doesn’t change the fact that the work life balance is not at all there. You have to work post working hours saturday and sundays too. Incentive policies change suddeny, when minths starts it is different and when someone achieve it accordlingky then they again change it.

I don't think there is anything which one can like while working here

Dislikes

People with very less experience and expertise are sitting at higher position. Their process is not streamlined and they are working without any plan. Managers are not ready to accept any suggestions to improve the process. Since morning till late evening they just ask for numbers and their are help less as they do not have capability to help or drive the team members.
