Nothing, Worst Place to work, specially finance and accounts team,they needs a person who can work for them 24 hours and worst Hr and admin policies ever seen in my 4 years of work experience,if you get a minute late after 10:30 your half day will be deducted.

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
