Overall experience is good with this company. But there are few people who just enjoying there position and knows nothing about work. Altough they are good in giving bonous and incentives and you have to work 5 days a week. But their is no job security.

No job security, Work cultere is very bad due to some People in the company.

Being as an Fresher, Here I got a lot of opprtunities to learn and as well as earn. I'm in the sales role which was quite challenging as well as fascinating. Before the covid we used to do parties and team outings, but things changed after the covid.

It was overall a good experience. Teammates are nice and supportive. If you wish to join as sales representative than you might travel a lot. Company is growing potentially.

Dislikes

Compensation is good, but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high. There is no on-job training for freshers. Owner of the company is Chinese and is short-tempered.
