There are no any salary increment. HR is saying when I join the Leonia he was tell to me present time you don't have any hotel line experience so please work after 6 months we'll do your increment. But after 6 months. No response

Leonia is having different segment to train their employees with usage of old & new set of departmental procedures as well experienced managers are added value to company.one plus point is that here in Leonia People from different Parts India are working So, u will get to know about their culture as well....Work hours are up to stranded .

Dislikes

Some non-Educated & Bad Behavior employees are working here who really rude the reputation of leonia by knowingly or unknowingly....Interdepartmental communication is very bad here...
