First of all don't have personal life if you joined this company, job security if raise your voice you will get call in next morning from head office why did you said that etc, they will kick you out in no time, there is nothing to learn new things they follow rat race pettern what ever you have been learn from your past company nothing going to be work. Zero job satisfaction, company don't have any specific department everything they just kept just for a name every single metter handled by traning department they don't take any feedback from anyone before they takes any action against you.
