Not a employee friendly company.. senior management so dumb...they are not knowing the grass roots difficulties...... mainly they not cross verify the ex employee why left the organisation....many people (old team who are staying in the company everyone is having their own collection agency)

PLEASE DONOT JOIN ............... Worst management, Expecting employee to work on Saturday - Sunday, no recognition nor rewards, Managers doesn't have Brains, No self respect for employees, No proper laptops are provided and expecting employee to work on Jets speed.

Lot of work can be done in Tech side since tech platform of the company is shit. So opportunity wise there is ample amount of opportunity to work upon.

Company culture is not even ok standards and not supportive to employee at all. MD just focus on output and doesn't care about the effort given by employee behind the output.

They had cutoff more than 30% of their workforce, without any prior notice. Apart from some college helped me in learning new technologies and write better code, there's not even a single thing that I like about this company. It you want money they will give you for certain time, but the moment they think you are expendable, you wont be working there for sure.
