Good Work Environment , I joined this company in 2007 till then i am working with the organization.Work culture is average and teammates are supportive.Appraisals are fair and this time its not yet done and they give average salary hike and bonus.During COVID-19 they asked us to utilize our paid leaves if no PL(Paid Leaves) then no salary only continuity will remains with organization.Only few staff get blessing of management they got salary with out utilizing PL....Read More

There is lot of politics and management doesn't address our issues.I am working with this organization since 2007.Lot of politics even a junior who worked under you will be your superior with the blessing of so called managers.

Regular trainings provided to all staff. Working in totally different culture. Lots of experience and knowledge with various nationalities in the organisation. Work and personal life can be balanced. Good salary package.

No or ZERO Job Security. Every employee is experiecing zero job security and zero stability and no one knows what's going to happen next day. Hr people are useless and like dummy having no authorities what so ever. You never know when you will get a redundancy letter and from next day you are out from the organisation due to lack of acquiring business or rather failing of top management. Top Management is an Australian which has less knowledge and experience in dealing with Indian conditions. Top Management failing to do the business in India. Some of the top management (Australians) adopting groupisms. Very high salaried people in the Top Management(Australian) like some are having INR 20 to 40 lacs per month which creates and impact on the company overhead expenses which lead to cut down of even oldest,experienced and good employees.
