Work culture is very good , my teammates are cooperative and helpful ,u learn six sigma activites like kaizen ,pokayoke,5S,Total productive maintenance etc .various activities conducted for refreshing purpose , training session also conducted for new people..n I am enjoying it .other departments teammates are also cooperative like Scm,material, maintenance, procurement

I am production supervisor.production planned ,man power handling ,relocation of man power , breakdown also attend ,daily production meetings boards update ,hourly chart update ,near Miss ,kaizens pokayoke,other six sigma activites .
