Worst place to work. No employee consideration. Infact they are trying to run a prison rather than a work organisation. No promotions, no holidays they will even deny you medical leaves and harass you each day.
Worst culture. They will force you to work on Sunday’s, no salary hike, they will deny any leaves in the year even medical and festival leaves. They don’t have any holiday calendar. You login one minute late and they will torture you, cut pay for the day. Make you work extra without additional pay. There is only one person who takesall the harassment decisions and no one can stop this from happening....Read More

We make every effort to fulfil requests on a first-come, first-served basis, and our leave policy guarantees that medical and festival leaves are fairly assessed. Any Sunday work is completely volunteer and we value those who stand forward to help when company needed them. In regards to Review and promotions, Performance determines promotions and pay increases, and we strongly encourage staff members to speak candidly with management about their issues and career development if they are unsatisfied with their managers decision. We prioritise justice above everything else, and deductions are never made at random and All authorised overtime or extra days are paid . We provide greater flexibility in cased of delayed joining, emergencies and shorter time off due to what so ever reason, and allow to extend your shift so you can complete all the tasks even if we take punctuality seriously to ensure seamless operations. We are already analysing our procedures to make sure that everyone has a better experience, and your input points to areas where we can further improve. Rest assured that we are available to listen. Contacting our HR team directly is encouraged if you would want to talk about your concerns in greater depth. Your suggestions are really helpful to us in making improvements and creating a better atmosphere for everyone. very competitive on salary, after clocking out not calls, weekend off and Holidays are given whenever requested well in time. Been here over few year so no issues with contract.
Initially it was bothering me about IP Camera, but with time I realised the reason behind it and if you are following reporting requirements you don't face any issues. Attendance is in focus due to companies global operation.
