It would have been better to take a career break than join this type of company. Legacy was merely the visa provider, while Bank Mart was the name of the company I worked for

Legacy is a visa provider and Banqmart is their client where all work there. Both companies suck the blood of employees

Notice period, early join

My current company notice period is two months 23-Dec-2024 to 20-feb-2024. But my new employer asking for early join ie 3rd of feb! I requested for early relieve to My current employer. Verbally they agreed to relieve two weeks early but now they not ready to relieve early. They want me to complete two months notice period. My new employer asking to join early! What can I do?
