-Good training. -Some team members are really nice and support you if you have difficulties.

Dislikes

-Dirty office politics and support by management for office politics. -Less salary compare to market trend. -Work allocated to you will not as per job description. They will hire you for reaching and send you for sales and marketing. -No job security. -Poor salary structure. -Zero growth in 5 years....Read More

LLF policies are employee friendly. My team leader is very nice, she always motivates snd give the chance to take the lead. During this time getting the salary on time is big thing. Thanku to the management Proud to be a part of this organization.

Skills 1) Environmental compliance(REACH,ROHS,..) 2)Basic networking OS,Linux basic, Aws cloud 3) SAP MM (in progress) 4) Project Management (self preparation from PMBOk) I’m confused between sap mm consultant and project management I’m getting difficult to choose,Which would be great choice according to my background and high pay, stable job Can anybody recommend which domain /role is good for career transition!
