The tech culture is vey poor. There is no learning opportunities, and there are no skilled senior engineers. Engineering managers and senior developers are unaware of basic programming standards. They focus solely on pushing out release, and anyone can deploy good/bad code to production without any concern. There is no job security,you could be fired at any time without any proper reason. Worst company ever. I have been joined for sales IELTS here. The one week you will be working with leads which can be immediately converted and next week onwards they show their real face by giving the leads which cannot be converted and not even required the services They will humiliate you with i front everyone by telling that noskills and only luck you have got for 1st week The manager Ravi kumar himself tells that Sales is luck and still irritate and torture the people for a sales everyday and make you work more than 11 hours a day The process of sales is very pathetic and no work life balance at all Manager only tell you that follow the process don't worry about the revenue in morning meeting and ask you evening where is the sales Psych right !
