Management is very bad. Its a sales driven company not good for hungry engineers. It is used to do things in a certain way on, innovation wise they are open to new things. Plus they don’t respect their loyal employees, management doesn’t know about ground level they only praise who are yes men

The day-to-day work is challenging and keeps me always on the edge, pushing my skills, new learning, and good efforts to get quality work, also my work is valued and my suggestions are respected and questioned when required.

Sometimes the tasks and issues are focused on unnecessarily, which could have been used to improve other important aspects of the projects like automation testing in UI. Code maintenance is not given higher priority by many
