People are good here decent work life balance but it is degrading day by day after change in top management

After some recent change in top management this is not the company it used to be. Top management are not focused on the improvement of product anymore. No learning or upskilling scope for the employees or no new technologies are introduced. Lot of office politics. Good employees are forced to leave as they are not appreciated. And even if you dedicate your entire time working for them, they will eventually fire you just because you are working from home due to some medical conditions, won't even think twice even if you make hell of your personal life by working 14-15 hours a day for them. Hey, AB fam, PIP = Corporate death sentence. I was there too🥲—panicking, checking Naukri every 5 minutes, watching Bhagavad Gita reels at 2 AM. Priya Ma’am, my boss, had lost faith in me. Friends said, "Bro, PIP se promotion tak koi nahi jaata." But I refused to go down. My Survival Jugaad? Chai Pe Charcha – Timed my tea breaks with hers. "Ma’am, elaichi daalni chahiye thi." Next day? She agreed. Trst unlocked. In meetings, I nodded like a bobblehead. "Ma’am, truly visionary! Aap to corporate Rani Lakshmi Bai ho!" Smiles = Achieved.. Emotional Connect – She loved dogs. I updated my DP with one. "Ma’am, my dog wakes me up for meetings!" Bond = Secured.😉 The Final Jugaad – She looked stressed. "Ma’am, even Dhoni takes a break!" She smiled. Game over.
