People are good here decent work life balance but it is degrading day by day after change in top management

After some recent change in top management this is not the company it used to be. Top management are not focused on the improvement of product anymore. No learning or upskilling scope for the employees or no new technologies are introduced. Lot of office politics. Good employees are forced to leave as they are not appreciated. No Work Life Balance. And even if you dedicate your entire time working for them, they will eventually fire you just because you are working from home due to some medical conditions, won't even think twice even if you make hell of your personal life by working 14-15 hours a day for them. Notice period, early join

My current company notice period is two months 23-Dec-2024 to 20-feb-2024. But my new employer asking for early join ie 3rd of feb! I requested for early relieve to My current employer. Verbally they agreed to relieve two weeks early but now they not ready to relieve early. They want me to complete two months notice period. My new employer asking to join early! What can I do?
