- The brand has created a good name in the indian market & is quite user friendly - You get a chance to work with cxo's of some really big brands - Training & onboarding process is quite comprehensive & is structured quite well

Dislikes

- Extreme politics & manipulation in North Sales team primarily led by the person leading that region. He is extremely insecure & constantly manipulates his own team members as well as senior leadership. A lot of high-performing people have left this team only because of his manipulation & harassment. Kindly be extremely careful if you are supposed to join this team. - Off lately, the work hours have stretched a bit which is leading to some concerns Advice to Leadership: You have a great product but you need to have a great team & culture to sell it. The ground reality is completely different from what is being shown to you in North & genuine advice would be to go deeper into this.
