Work culture is very good in Leadec. Management is very supportive, which is very important for any organization to flourish, because of which there is feel good factor amongst the employees. Very supportive HR. Manager is very supportive in terms of tasks and flexible in approving WFH if required. Various CSR activities and in-house activities and competitions are held by the company.

Dislikes

Few of us have 5 days working and few of us have 6 days working. This should be addressed by the management. Even employees with 5 days working have 9-hour shift and same 9-hour shift for those working for 6 days a week.

Company culture is good, you are free to share your view with senior management team, team are supportive, learning opportunities are more, company is working for continuous improvement, you will always get a chance to showcase your technical skills and knowledge.

Nothing as such, but improvement point of view, would like to add one point that more external trainings to be conducted to encourage people.

Open culture. You can discuss your thoughts and issues freely with Managment team. Managment team is very open and accessible to everyone when it is required. You can learn to deal with various type of maintenance technics, clients and machinery.

Not as such !!! Otherwise, I would not spend my 13 years in this organization. It is really great place to work

Leave policy may be better with respect to industry standards Flexible working hour policy need to establish.   Employee benefit scheme need revision. For growing industries, it is mandatory to bring the employee package range based on the year of experience.
