Everything from work ethics, to work culture to professional growth to job security, basically everything. Everyone you know is already looking out of this company but stuck because of job crunch in this market otherwise majority of the current employees don't want to work here as well. They just don't have an option to move on but those who have, they happily leave Lead to do something in there lives....Read More
