There is no absolute work-life balance faculty are made to work for 16 hours a day like a bull. Low-pay faculty are treated like bonded labor. There is absolutely no scope for research or career enhancement and learning. The kind of tasks faculty are assigned are not commensurate with their academic qualifications and experience

Dislikes

Very high attrition, faculty discontentment, and dissatisfaction, Inhumane treatment, and no professionalism. Academic culture and discipline are very bad. No respect for faculty faculty made to handle classes for 8 hours a day. No holidays with 40 continuous working days

From PIP to Promotion – The Greatest Jugaad Story Ever!

Hey, AB fam, PIP = Corporate death sentence. I was there too🥲—panicking, checking Naukri every 5 minutes, watching Bhagavad Gita reels at 2 AM. Priya Ma’am, my boss, had lost faith in me. Friends said, "Bro, PIP se promotion tak koi nahi jaata." But I refused to go down. My Survival Jugaad? Chai Pe Charcha – Timed my tea breaks with hers. "Ma’am, elaichi daalni chahiye thi." Next day? She agreed. Trst unlocked. In meetings, I nodded like a bobblehead. "Ma’am, truly visionary! Aap to corporate Rani Lakshmi Bai ho!" Smiles = Achieved.. Emotional Connect – She loved dogs. I updated my DP with one. "Ma’am, my dog wakes me up for meetings!" Bond = Secured.😉 The Final Jugaad – She looked stressed. "Ma’am, even Dhoni takes a break!" She smiled. Game over. After a few months "Congrats on your Promotion!" Moral? Hard work is good. Smart work is better. But jugaad? Boss, that’s the best! Got a crazier PIP escape? Drop it below! 😂👇
