The Company is good platform for the freshers but the overall career growth is slow. They usually hire and provide resources quoting less prices which ended up to low salary packages in the market. It is operational and functional as a MNC but nothing like that I have been experienced so far. Rest these day the company has a good excuse of Covid 19 for not paying full or timely salaries to their employees. the company offers varies opportunities to the employees for their growth both in personal and professional. There is no politics played in this company and all are open minded, free to share the thoughts. I also like the system of hike and bonus for every year

when the work pressure is high then we stay late nights and finish the task and this goes unnoticed.this makes me feel a bit discomfort

Compensation and career growth is average. The work pressure is high and it is noticed in a general way though bonus was used to provide, which is very marginal. Company sometimes do not consider mutual interest between employee and employer, it may be due to company policy that keeps company’s interest first and foremost and this is very true and good for company.
