Dislikes

Micro Management, main manager will poke u every hour asking for work - they call u on weekends, won't let you leave office, v.strict HR policies(cut half day salary upon arriving late), stubborn HR, like they'll ask/cut 500rs if you are late for morning scrum.V.Strict 3 months notice period. Firing people/whole team on a 10-20 days notice without any PIP or bench. I worked there 3 years.
