They put people on probation period and remove them within a day or two. People there are like a joke. No staff is permanent. You won't find any employee except for few. The office is always empty though the company is more than a decade old.

They selected me in the interview and after 1 week they said that we don't have too much work in the company and so don't need you if there is requirement so we will call you how can they do that if they don't have requirements then why they hire me and selected me and after 1week they fire me this is a fraud company and the HR and the company owner are seek they give the many rule and regulations and there not too much work also very pathetic company and fraud employees they only hire girls they don't hire boys the MD is seek I suggest to the the students who are looking for a job please don't apply on laxmi steel if they called you then also don't go please it's a genuine request I have done this mistake so I don't want that anyone else did that mistake so please don't go in laxmi steel company Akanksha Singh...Read More
