Work environment is very poor. Inefficient boot-lickers of top management dominate here. even top management uses abusive language here. payment of overtime is done by accounts department after 3 months. No facility.

Both companies are doing well. Many people have got job. They have hired good and noted writers. Their overall performance is satisfactory.

Dislikes

I used to work as a freelancer. The payment mode was very slow and not satisfactory. One of the companies did not pay me even a single penny. Though I worked for USI. I totally disagree with this type of culture.
