A good organisation for people who is ready to learn things on his own. A lot of growth opportunity. Company top management is very good and supportive.

A lot of politics run by middle managment at plant level. No leadership qualities in manager. People from 20 years working in same company declared themselves as a god and craetor of company. Middle managment dont have any proper visionary plan for future.
