All the employees are cooperative. There is no binding of any kind. All the facilities are provided by the company for working like bike, guest house, mess etc.

Dislikes

There is no holiday on any day. There should have been one day off in a week. This is wrong.

Communication between senior and Junior will be excellent, good for new comers. Culture of company also be excellent. They are also be a helpful and caring.

I dont like the policy of the company that there is no hololiday in a week.

My work in the company is to lay the outfall sewer line which makes possible with 900mm dia rcc pipe.after this i also work in building work .to check centering plaster diagonal line accuracy levelling etc .i also work in manhole manufacturing and QA.
