No job security no future no any employee benefits like PF / Gratuity / Health insurance nothing HR Mukesh Joshi is fraud at the time of enjoyment he will say you're on company's payroll then silently he will move you on third party payroll, this is the only reason i left this organisation on the spot. Very pathetic company ans work environment.

Dislikes: Every single day, employee of this company enters in company assuming himself as a daily wage labor to complete the daily task assigned to them. Every departement has their one leading heads, whose basic job is to report to top managements, and get the work done from thier sub-ordinates. The worst Dept. of the company is HR, which is made for namesake, in real sense it is a Time-office lead by a empty-headed frivolous personality. Employees will not get any type of The qulaity work done by the lower level employees is not at all appraised. Company policy is always focused on High production and high dispatch, rest quality and system growth are the underdeveloped entities. Safety motto: "YOUR SAFETY IS IN YOUR HANDS". the workshop is so conjusted that the walkways are always occupied with bars and billets. job security is like if a person showcase his work in front of management then only his job is secured otherwise one mistake and you are done. WORK POLITICS is engulfed in all the departments. Salary hike is only for the HEAD of Department (Salary raise: sky is the limit) and sub-ordinates work goes unnoticed (Salary raise: annually less thatn 8%). This is because management believe that target are accomplished by the managers only. Very Poor admin facilities like unhygienic cantene, unhealthy and filthy urinals, poor housekeeping of offices. ONLY GOOD part of the company is that Salary is given to employees on time. There is no on-job training for freshers, hence senior folks have to guide them step-by-step. Job pressure for contractor workers is high. Sometimes, operators have to work 14-18 hours straight in a day.
