Flexibility of shifts, exponential growth. No on-site opportunities but off shore a lot to learn. On shore team doesn't do knowledge transfer due to fear of firing. Offshore team tries to get each and every piece of pie from the on shore management. Team leader is a cool guy, helps a lot. No work pressure. No targets and no incentives as well. However, the team leader and the general manager are more supportive towards learning the process and move upwards. All In all a good experience and growth....Read More

Imbalanced sometimes but most of the times the work life is balanced with a cool and intelligent team leader and extra ordinary General Manager

Work days: Monday to Friday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

Got Rejected In an Interview, Just Because I Didn’t Answer a Personal Question

So, I got invited for this interview, and they told me to be there at 9 AM. Of course, I get there early, like 8:30, because I don't want to be late. But then I end up waiting for 1.5 hours. Seriously, they didn't even acknowledge me until 10. Then this HR lady calls me in, and she's totally unprofessional. She's like, on her phone, making personal calls while I'm sitting right there. And then she starts asking me these really weird questions, like what my nickname is, and what my dad does for a living. It got really uncomfortable when she started pressing for details about where my dad works. I mean, what does that have to do with anything? So I politely told her I didn't want to answer, and she actually said, "Then we can't continue this interview." I was honestly shocked. But instead of arguing, I just stood up and said, “Alright then.” And walked out. I left feeling pissed. Not only did they waste an hour of my time, but the HR rep was also rude and unprofessional..
