It has good job security over there. Everybody get confirmation at the 6th month from the Joining date. It has a very good work culture to develop our Skills and learning. Management will provide allowances, Diwali Bonus, Perks and having good policies.

Dislikes

Growth is slow. As per the performance that has been tracked by the superiors as per their expectation, the growth will happen. The Promotion will take even 2 years to go to next level. Suppose our performance is appreciated by the management, the promotion will get even after 1 year. But the Increment will be given after the completion of 1 year.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3.
