Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive. bonus every year.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow.

The job is quite interesting! I struggled a bit in the beginning as there was no formal training session. I learnt everything on the job. I got chance to wear multiple hats with single role

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This job involves Travel Within Country, International Travel.

Notice period, early join

My current company notice period is two months 23-Dec-2024 to 20-feb-2024. But my new employer asking for early join ie 3rd of feb! I requested for early relieve to My current employer. Verbally they agreed to relieve two weeks early but now they not ready to relieve early. They want me to complete two months notice period. My new employer asking to join early! What can I do? Please some some give best advice?
