Team Leads can’t even approve leave unless there lady boss say ok. 2. They screw your life and career if you ask about any policies. 3.They simply mention discretion of the company and change company policies per there comfort not even worried about employee losses. 4. Job security is worst if they don’t like you , They will force your colleagues to mail against you and screw you till u leave organisation. 5.Before joining organisation HR will be promise on many things and later if you demand anything just one worst reply will hear “discretion of the company” can do any shit . 6.Must consider Notice Period 90Days ,Make sure demanding them to reduce before joining else you will mess up while relieving from company. 7.May be outside India it’s an MNC but here it’s just Small Peenya industries are better then Molex 8. Your boss decide your career irrespective of your work ,If she like you every year will get promotion if not even u can’t stay in organisation next day . 9.
