Its really a place where you come to know about the actual market scenerios, demand management, deadline meetups, market competetions. politics i didnt see any. Salary and appraisals are always on time. work environment is awsome.only its become hard to balance the family life with the work if you are at the hogher post....Read More

Job offer but confused

I have 12 yr exp. Curent company L&T and Current CTC is 24 LPA (fixed). Now I got offer from luxoft and CTC 35 LPA I have 2 questions is it ok join to luxsoft? 35 LPA is less salary 12 yr exp?
