Not much scope for growth in terms of promotions or recognition. Appraisals aren't transparent and there is no difference in appraisal between the people who work and people who hardly work.

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss.
