The best think in L&T is that, there are all the opportunities for carrier growth. All the facilities like training, opportunities for getting higher responsibilities, guidance from seniors, exposure to external world is available. There are also opportunities to get exposure to latest technologies in construction field.

There can be improvement in work-life balance. Working hours are little long.

The rating system truly based on your boss. If boss is not having good opinoin on you then every thing will be against you. Many such bosses are there.

Its hectic, since i need to finish the project in time, top level management will not support in terms of money and staffs, which will affect the project and ultimately i will be the sufferer, if you are the workaholic you will be loaded fully.

They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized.
