Work culture is very poor, social life is almost zero. You can't get time for family, you will get around 32 leaves in a year PL/CL but you don't have permission to use them unless and until you haven't done buttering to your boss. The most worst part is the appraisal system which makes the company hell to work. It's good for them who sits in a top position or working in Head offices because all enjoyment is for them. very good organization, also great culture, skill development opportunities, many training conduted by organization, great policy and procedures and strong management system.

Dislikes

Due to every year rating based no job security, and some of PMs give u poor rating after your so much work hard with all efforts, they give ours loving people very good rating. every year company terminate four people to every site etc.
