If you don't want to learn anything new, you are not comfortable with latest technology and still like to work with paper and pen. Then this is the best organization for you.

Dislikes

No flexi timing - half day salary cut at 9:01 AM (punch in) Huge Power Distance No work from home (Even during pandemic - many people lost their life due to this) Work - something a 12th pass can do. No meaningful work Staggered Salary - If your CTC is 17 LPA. Your take home will be 75k PM Toxic Work culture - lots of politics and no focus on work CEO promotes giving pressure on employees and make people work on Saturday...Read More
