I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?

Lars Medicare is a 100% Export Oriented Unit. Our main product is I V cannula. I love the fact that I was a part of the company from 2010-2014. Great company with a turnover around 60c.
