Worst Management specially in Technical Dev team, managers specially R sridhar playing very bad politics with employees for self improvement n hike. This guy is like 🐛 of company.But at some extent authority trust him blindly.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
