Landmark group company motivates me to learn things and to enhance my skills, I’m thankful in this company coz o learn a lot because they teach everything not just for the company improvements but also for yourself.

Dislikes

I do dislike some not on this company but some of the people where I work with which is they are very bossy and not even listening your side when it there is something mistake . Also they are not given consistent increase yet only to this selected people where near in their heart .

Putting pressure on store staff for business by signing them on explaination letter or a performance letter if the business is low which doesn’t help at all and makes staff more demotivated.

Landmark group is good company but kuwait managent is worst and splash concept manager vinod varky is worst manager he never ever let people grow in the company only his kerala people is important to him.

Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

There's a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Company should focus on their egyptian managers, they're just useless.
