The clients had more authority over staff, if they didn't get their way the cried to the e.d. the e.d has to bribe them with pizza and cigarettes to behave when important people or investors come. The clients are great manipulators. It's pretty sad when your employer cares more about the money they are making off the clients than their staff.for gods sake its a rehab. The clients come there to get sober. But yet they sneak drugs in or have staff members bring them in. It could be a great place if they had better management. Because the e.d isn't doing her job. 🙄 clients should come there because they have a desire to be clean and healthy. But they bribe them with cigarettes and pizza or what ever the client wants just to get them to stay. So they get the money from Medicare. In my opinion that's inticement....Read More

Landmark group is one of the best companies to work for good work life balance sort from when we have heavy projects and had a good culture where no toxic nature the respect for employees Even from associate level is higher. Dislikes : Slower growth and less salaries sometimes you feel struck with your career sometimes favouritism makes the other hardworking employee to leave.

Organization people's are not to much thinking about our front hand employee's please do the needful, we don't know every month salary crediting so much of different numbers in low weitage, there's no HR responsibilities in this particular case, i have been completed around 8years experience in landmark group, is this my honest opinion, thank you..

Slow promotion, no proper goal or vision , same work doing in repeat mode from years Frequent changes without clear communication , no any training or knowledge sharing for current technology, all the wrong decision or work done by only ground team and HO team is always right , no appreciation for work which you do beyond your KRA.

In landmark groups work culture is good but because of some people's it's getting spoil the company name

One thing I have clearly understood that, if you are giving your 100% efficiency to the company also no one will see that, only company is listen what your manager is giving the feedback on you. If your manager is friendly with them you can survive or else you have to see the hell. Even HR will not listen you, they also listen only your manager.
