The culture within the organisation is not very great. The Management takes little to no responsibility in making the workplace employee friendly. The compensation offered is way less than the market value. There is very very limited scope of growth within the organisation after “Manager” Level and people are stuxk at each position from 5-10 years. The HR should be more ethical with international candidates.
