LIS is one of the best place to work, to upgrade own learning .The best part is that it help in my research studies where I can exchange my experience with other Maths teachers from different parts of the world.

Staff is very supportive and helpful. As a teacher Here I can balance my personal & professional life. I am also grooming my self and getting exposure of international standards with foreign colleagues. Skill development through workshops and seminars conducted by senior staff.

I have been working with this organisation from last 1.5 year and just got knowledge about IB curriculum.But ya colleagues are from different countries so knew about their cultures and have good collaboration among us.

Dislikes

There is no job security here..They can terminate you whenever they want.They never value your skills and experience you just have to be presentable in front of parents.No salary increment above 5% every year and never stick on their words whatever they commit to you.No training for new comers.A huge pain working here.
