They are just horrible. They even don’t know how to talk to a person, the lady at the reception is so rude, she shouted at me. They don’t even follow work ethics . HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE.

Environment just like boarding school, in every 3-5 months dress code will be changed for front office department. U didn't survive without politics in lancer's. Principal and examination head is disgusting. School chairman Brig. A.S. Mann is awesome personality, friendly nature, very polite & very calm. No parking space for employees. No Job security. In one hand they promote you and another hand they said SORRY Its by mistake, your name not in the list. Totally ridiculous. Salary part is gud but no appraisal.. they tried to extend the contract period. Work life balance is terrible. 7-4 is work timings....Read More
