The opportunity to work on multiple domains and problem statements on some cutting edge technology exists. In general, peers are friendly and supportive but this is getting ruined fast.

Mid level management is worse. Create unnecessary politics. BSA are of no use. No segregation between technical and managerial roles. Growth is slow. No clear career progression plan. Due to PST hours alignment your work life tends to be hell.

Lam Research is really good company but Indian management is quite biased for certain sets of people. It might be perfect for those people/employe who(x) has referred the candidate (Y) to Lam And after that referred candidate(Y) becomes manager of “X”. Then the growth of “X” candidate will be exponential. Why it “X” candidate will be exponential growths read the above statement twice.

It's only good for new College graduates, New campus, new lab setup, good place for new GET to get train up doing some trail and error and switch immediately to other companies

Great organization with tye best work culture. The management is very supportive and there are a lot of career growth opportunities at Lam Research. Benefits like Medical OPD allowance, fitness allowance, cab facilities and Cafeteria are very good.
