As per My Designation, everything was disliking here.. 1. like Managers (AM) behaviour with their below employees.. 2. the words they are speaking with staff when they done a Mistake though they know or dont know.. 3. They means AM throwing their Mistake on the below employees without proper reason to maintain their safety in showroom.. 4. If employees did any mistake the AM's clearly saying without any thought is " We dont need U, if u want u can leave, we have many new candidates to work on ur place " that means they can train new staff without old staff and lastly they also say same thing to them. I dont know what AM's thinking about themselves, they are behaving like Dictators here not A High grade employee to run the showroom (Anakapalli branch) in good manner There are more to say about them But this is not enough So New candidates will know automatically about their superior AM's when they join here to work...Read More
