The main thing is they are treating employees as there slave. Once the employee resigns they are compulsorily taking one month notice period, but they are not issuing any work experience certificate to the employees. For every thing they are saying that they need to ask for Corporate HR team. But the Corporate HR team was very bad. they don't have any concern about the staff. After taking 12 hours duty everyday from the staff they are not providing any benefits to the staffs apart from PF and ESI. They are always eager to deduct the salary from the employees, if the the employee take leaves on Saturday and Sunday ( in case emergency also) they are deducting 2 days for single day. mercy less peoples. adding late fine if employee report 1 minutes late(after taking 12 hours duty from the staff). There is no yearly bonus, no leaves, no gratuity etc. The HR Manager form the corporate office was irresponsibly. he is not even thinks about the employees....Read More

Got Rejected In an Interview, Just Because I Didn’t Answer a Personal Question

So, I got invited for this interview, and they told me to be there at 9 AM. Of course, I get there early, like 8:30, because I don't want to be late. But then I end up waiting for 1.5 hours. Seriously, they didn't even acknowledge me until 10. Then this HR lady calls me in, and she's totally unprofessional. She's like, on her phone, making personal calls while I'm sitting right there. And then she starts asking me these really weird questions, like what my nickname is, and what my dad does for a living. It got really uncomfortable when she started pressing for details about where my dad works. I mean, what does that have to do with anything? So I politely told her I didn't want to answer, and she actually said, "Then we can't continue this interview." I was honestly shocked. But instead of arguing, I just stood up and said, “Alright then.” And walked out. I left feeling pissed. Not only did they waste an hour of my time, but the HR rep was also rude and unprofessional..
