It is an environment where work gets completed but not at the cost of harming someones feelings. It is best place to work when someone is looking for a balanced life with good learning. Partners are also very much of helping nature and it's a good environment to work.

I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA. I also plan to do the same but my current role is too good. No work pressure, helpful colleagues. From last organization which was super toxic this is a gem.
